Cal Folger Day is an American songwriter and performer now based in Dublin, Ireland. “A guitarist and chanteuse with jazz leanings, whose vocal control and stage presence command attention” (The New Yorker). She released her second EP Adornament in February 2015 on by Reeks of Effort (UK)/Trout Records (IE). "There is a sense of self and personality to the music... Adornament is work of subtle and considered songwriting" (The Last Mixed Tape). She has supported Angel Olsen, Jeffrey Lewis, & the Weather Station as a solo artist, and has embarked on several tours across the EU, UK, Ireland, and the US. In August 2016 she toured with Ben Engel (drums) and Jenna Barvitski (violin) to present her new operetta At the Roots of the Stars around the midwest and Canada.

The Bonk is a project based around compositions by Philip Christie (O Emperor). Gathering influences from 60’s garage, jazz and experimental pop, recursive rhythms and improvised melody are brought together in loose minimal song forms'. From Dublin, Ireland.
