Super Blood Wolf Moon Eclipse
.
Breath. Movement. Sound. Meditation.
.
What a way to start a year of spectacular celestial sights. With Earth between the Sun and Moon, our satellite in its 'full' phase will turn a gorgeous red-orange-copper color for an hour or so during this Total Lunar Eclipse. Totality is at 12:12am EST on January 21 from North America, but do look for the change from partial eclipse to total eclipse over the preceding hour or so. The event goes into reverse afterward. We’ll be running earlier sessions so you’ll have a chance to view after a full immersion in our bath.
.
Facilitated by Gabriel Andruzzi (@druzzi_) Wear warm clothing, blanket, pillow, yoga mat, giant socks, whatever you need to go deep and far while laying down for 90 minutes.
.
Space is limited and pre-registration required. Session 1 begins at 5pm and Session 2 at 7pm. Please make sure you’re registering for the desired session.

SOUND BATH:
Sound has a unique ability to affect our moods, emotions and physical selves -- whether it’s the sounds we choose (music, conversation) or the sounds imposed on us by our environment. Sound can make us dance or cry, it can trigger joy or sorrow and it can annoy or irritate us. Sound can also help us quiet our systems. It can calm and relax us, and help bring us into balance. With this Sound Bath, we'll explore how sound on a variety of levels and how it affects us each individually. Sound helps create a space where we can safely power down, where we can aim to calm ourselves and ease into relaxation and to help steer us toward a more balanced, peaceful state. In Addition we will utilizesome gentle movement and breath to help bridge these states. People of all experiences are welcome.
