The Archer Video Enhancer (AVE) was a mass produced Radio Shack branded consumer grade high pass filter and noise reduction circuit for analog composite video signals. Right around the same time Radio Shack went bankrupt, the AVE became a bit of a legend among circuit benders for being a simple bend with absolutely crazy results. Due to the increased rarity of actual AVEs out there, Philip Baljeu (https://www.instagram.com/pbaljeu) reverse engineered the circuit and shared it with folks on the internet, and then Bastien Lavaud (https://syntonie.fr) took the schematic and juiced it up a bit! We will be building Bastien's version of this circuit, which comes prebaked with circuit bends as well as audio reactivity. Ticket cost covers components and boards and whatnot. This is a pretty easy build and is open to folks with any level of soldering experience, including zero!
