Breath. Movement. Sound. Meditation.
.
On this day and the following day, Earth is witness to two unique celestial events: On 3/20, our gorgeous garden planet will be shone equal amounts of sunlight on both hemispheres signifying the beginning of spring (YAY!). Then, on 3/21, a massive “super moon,” the last of three for 2019, will explode into the night sky. The Moon will be at its closest approach to the Earth and may look slightly larger and brighter than usual. Join us for some resonant frequencies, breath, and movement to harmonize and energize.

Facilitated by Gabriel Andruzzi (@druzzi_) Wear warm clothing, blanket, pillow, yoga mat, giant socks, whatever you need to go deep and far while laying down for 90 minutes.

SOUND BATH:
Sound has a unique ability to affect our moods, emotions and physical selves -- whether it’s the sounds we choose (music, conversation) or the sounds imposed on us by our environment. Sound can make us dance or cry, it can trigger joy or sorrow and it can annoy or irritate us. Sound can also help us quiet our systems. It can calm and relax us, and help bring us into balance. With this Sound Bath, we'll explore how sound on a variety of levels and how it affects us each individually. Sound helps create a space where we can safely power down, where we can aim to calm ourselves and ease into relaxation and to help steer us toward a more balanced, peaceful state. In Addition we will utilizesome gentle movement and breath to help bridge these states. People of all experiences are welcome.
