STATIC SPRAY: Out of the ashes of local pop band Index comes the nü group Static Spray. Joining the Leddy brothers Graeme (vox/guitar) and Nyle (guitar) in this new venture is multi-instrumentalist extraordinaire Ben Melrod on drums and bedroom pop weirdo Sebastian Rodriguez on bass. The band blends their influences of local 90s hardcore with a hefty dollop of krautrock to make for a sound that is familiar yet new. The bops will drop.
