A’niya Taylor is the two-time 2022-2023 Youth Poet Laureate of Baltimore and the 2021/2023 captain of the Baltimore City Youth Poetry Team. In 2020 she was nominated for Marylander of the year by the Baltimore Sun for her work in activism. She has been featured in various news outlets and magazines for her work in poetry and activism.
