Get your wetsuit on and join Team Players for the debut of new repertoire before they head into the studio to celebrate 10 years of being the premier 12-tone sports-themed avant-garde music ensemble. Featuring Brad Linde and Billy Wolf on reeds, Aaron Quinn on guitar, and Derick Dickens on drums, Team Players returns to Rhizome, bringing you their unique take on this much ignored musical niche (i.e. 12-tone sports-themed avant-garde music).

The free improvisation trio consisting of Gian Perez (guitar), Marc Edwards (drums), and Caroline Morton (bass) blends elements of free jazz, noise rock, and experimental ambient music to create soundscapes that range from high intensity infernos, to the nebulous vastness of outer space. This trio is honored to continue the legacy of Marc Edwards, who has played with giants like Cecil Taylor, Charles Gayle, David S Ware, and Linda Sharrock.
