While people in Gaza face annihilation, the International Court of Justice ruled Israel was plausibly committing genocide. A case against President Biden for his complicity in genocide advanced in Oakland. But what does this mean on the ground? What strategic opportunities does it open for organizers and lawyers in the US? Experts Susan Abulhawa and Raz Segal hold a teach-in and Q&A to discuss what these recent rulings do and don't change.

Sponsored by Philly Palestine Coalition, Philly WAWOG, and NLG.

Speakers:
Raz Segal is an associate professor of Holocaust and genocide studies at Stockton University and the endowed professor in the study of modern genocide.

Susan Abulhawa is a Palestinian-American writer and human rights activist.
