Sontag Shogun is teaming up with the Brooklyn-based audiovisual installation duo Dave+Gabe who will be spatializing live instrumentals over their 40-channel audio speaker system, in a wholly unique performance diffusion of Sontag’s recently released LP, "It Billows Up" (2019, Youngbloods) on July 11 and 12, 2019.

On both nights, Sontag Shogun will be performing the record from start to finish, with some improvised embellishments in between, playing with Dave+Gabe's spatialized speaker setup in the round.
