First Draft is an evening of Experimental Works-in-Process for Los Angeles based dance and performance artists. The evening serves as a creative laboratory for wide-ranging artistic investigations in movement-based mediums for artists at all stages of their creative development.

This round's artists include Will Rawls, Sophia Cleary, Jay Carlon, and Maya Gurantz.

First Draft was instigated and is curated by Emily Barasch. Emily is honored to continue curating First Draft, she feels passionately about bringing local Los Angeles experimental performance artists together and creating more spaces for connection, experimentation, and exchange!
