Calling all calligraphy enthusiasts and admirers of the written word who are interested in forming the Baltimore Calligraphy Club to join us this Sunday, December 8th from 10am to 1pm in Red Emma's Baltimore Free School for our inaugural Russian and French calligraphy workshop.

We will have a few quills (though you are encouraged to bring your own pen) and plenty of paper and reference materials to craft and seal your very own handwritten letter of admiration, sentimental billet-doux, or even a statement of impending duel to your archnemesis.

Admission is free. Russian and Eurasian black tea will be available. If you are not free, please stay tuned for upcoming Chinese and Japanese calligraphy workshop in January, as well as large character posters, banners, radical study, and more to come.
