In the undermined not so distant future, the Russian Mafia has the means to enter the dream states of their targets through skilled psychic agents known as Tracers. One such Tracer (also played by Douglas Allen) is tracking a former gunrunner turned sailor looking to bond with his son through C-9, a new designer drug.

Antero Alli uses the form of tech film noir as a postmodern post mortem of liberal democracy as we know it. Inspired by our nation's own cultural and political paranoia after events like the 2016 presidential election and the January 6th attempted insurrection, TRACER is an expressionistic snapshot into an united empire's funeral, where Alli is more concerned with the interpersonal than gazing into the future.
