Letters Together | Friday, November 13, 2020 — 7 PM Pacific Time
Hosted by sukhpreet with virtual care lab
In this collective letter-writing practice, we will learn to focus and express our thoughts to the people we care about through letters, as we navigate these times of stress and separation. Writer and artist sukhpreet will offer guiding prompts and themes to inspire our writing, after opening with a guided meditation. After the gathering, you can continue to use the templates we create to write more letters to friends, lovers, and others in your life.
About the host: sukhpreet is a queer, Punjabi-Sikh writer, photographer, holistic practitioner, and community organizer based between Ohlone Land (Oakland) and Tongva Land (LA). Their work is built on the core intention to serve as an aid to moments of transformation and transition.
This workshop will take place on Zoom, with a capacity of 10 participants.
Suggested donation is $10-25, but no one is turned away for lack of funds.
