Build up our honeycomb and become a sustaining member of Word Up! When you become a sustaining member at Word Up, you contribute to our financial sustainability throughout the year, which will help our co-created community space thrive.

As a retail shop, we experience financial ups and downs throughout the calendar year. And as a nonprofit organization, we know that grant funding can be intermittent, with even more delays in awarded funding in recent years.

So that we can better support the programs we do, and the structures we’ve built, all year round, we’re hoping that Word Up supporters everywhere can sign up—for as little as $5 per month—for a sustaining membership. In exchange, you can get member perks like online and in-store discounts, free entry to ticketed events, free off-hours space use, access to exclusive member-only events, and more—plus the knowledge that your upfront, ongoing commitment to Word Up will lead to the pollination of many more minds.
